二、用途Applications
適用于交流電壓45/750V及以下動力裝置、日用電器、儀表及電信設(shè)備用的電纜電線。阻燃型 電纜（電線）的特點是不易著火或著火后火焰蔓延較慢并能控制在一定的范圍內(nèi)，其使用于對阻燃性能較高的場合。阻燃電纜（電線）分為A類、B類、C類、D類 等四個級別，其中A類阻燃性能優(yōu)。
耐火型電纜（電線）的特點是電纜除了能在正常的工作條件下傳輸電力，還可在燃燒的狀況下仍能保持一定時間的安全運行，其使用在對電纜特性有要求的場合。
PVC insulated cable (wire) is applicable to dynamic installation,domestic electric application,instrument and telecommunication equipment,of which the AC rated voltage Uo/U is 450/750Vor lower level.The flame-retardant cable (wire) is not easily to catch fire and it can confine the fire in some limited area,therefore the cable is applicable to the places under demanding fire retardant.lts fireretardant is divided in to 4 Ievels,A,B,C,and D ofwhich A performances best.
The fire-resistant cable (wire) is ,beside the power transmission under normal condition.cancontinue operating normally for some time when it catches fire ,so it is applicable to the placesunder demanding fire resistance.
三、產(chǎn)品標準 Standards
GB/T19666-2005/JB 8734-1998。阻燃、耐火電線的生產(chǎn)標準為國家標準GB/T 19666-2005/GB/T 5023-2008。

四、電纜主要特性：Features
1、Uo/U為450/750、300/500、300/300V
rated voltage Uo/U is 450/750V
2、電纜的長期允許溫度
105型號電纜允許工作溫度應(yīng)不超過105℃；其它型號允許工作溫度應(yīng)不超過70℃。
long operating temperature of conductor type -105 is 150℃,the others are 70 ℃
3、電纜的敷設(shè)溫度應(yīng)不低于0℃；
minimum surrounding temperature of cable laying is0℃
允許彎曲半徑： （B系列）
the recommended bend radiusexternal diameter (B)
電纜外徑(D)小于25mm者允許彎曲半徑應(yīng)不小于4D;
is less than 25mm:bend radius should not less than 4D
電纜外徑(D)為25mm及以上者允許彎曲半徑應(yīng)不小于6D。
external diameter is larger than 25mm:bend radius should not less than 6D
4、阻燃電纜（電線）的阻燃性能應(yīng)通過GB/T18380.3-2008、IEC 60332-3成束電線電纜燃燒試驗。
The fire retardant of flame-retardant cable should pass the bundling cable burning test according to GB/T l8380.3 -2008,IEC 60332-3
5、耐火電纜（電線）的耐火性能應(yīng)通過GB/T 19216.21-2003、IEC 60331規(guī)定的耐火試驗。
The fire resistance of fire-resistant cable should pass the fire test according toGB/T 19216.21-2003,IEC 60331.
